Life Casting Silicone Rubber

Lifecasting silicone rubber, actually it's two components silicone rubber, rtv 2 silicone rubber, part A is liquid silicone, part B is a catalyst, the mix ratio of them is 1:1, when they mixed together, it will cure at room temperature.
Lifecasting silicone rubber can be brushed on human skin, human body, to get silicone simulations, such as silicone masks, silicone artificial limbs, and so on.

--After mixing liquid silicone with a curing agent, please put the materials into vacuum machine to take off the bubbles, if no machine, please choose the right liquid silicone.

 

5, How to get good silicone mold to use longer time?

--The best way is : 

1, Please choose the right liquid silicone for your products.

2, Don't use any silicone oil in mold making, because it can make the silicone mold become too soft to use.

3, Silicone mold can be used long after the whole silicone fully cured. so it is better to wait for 24 hours after mold finished.
