Other Weapon (Suspect Arrested) 1200 Block N Fairfax Avenue09/12/2022 @ 1115.A security guard asked the suspect to leave the planter area of the building. The suspect became upset and threatened to kill the victim and then charged at him while holding a pair of scissors in his hand. The suspect was arrested by responding deputies. #05758

Other Weapon (Suspect Arrested) 1100 Block Formosa Avenue09/12/2022 @ 1715.A security ambassador asked the suspect to leave the area and he refused. The suspect became upset and pulled an ax handle from his bag, waved it in the air, and chased after the victim. The suspect was located and arrested by responding deputies. #05767

Grand Theft 8500 Block Rosewood Avenue09/17/2022 @ 1900-2215. ‘An unknown suspect climbed onto a stool that was placed along the outside wall of the residence near an open bathroom window and used the window to gain access. The suspect ransacked the interior and removed jewelry, expensive shoes, and handbags from the bedroom and living room. #05889
